Le Fish 1.5m

The LeFish 1.5m is an excellent slope glider designed for aerobatics and durability. This lightweight yet sturdy aircraft is made with tough EPP foam, making it ideal for beginners and experienced pilots alike. Able to fly in light and heavy wind, the LeFish 1.5m is your go-to glider for aerobatic fun on the slope.

Basic kit includes EPP foam fuselage and wing parts as well as 6mm Depron vertical and horizontal tails. Builder must supplier everything else.

The build, though simple, does require a bit of work, as these are just bare foam you’ll be shaping, carving out compartments for your radio gear, servos, battery and have to provide your own hardware such as carbon spars, linkages and control horns. The average modeler shouldn’t have much trouble, plus this allows the user to customize their build. One of our shop kids is currently building one, pretty much his first RC build.
